Great friendly estate agents who provide excellent service at a competitive price. During our sale we were kept up to date every step of the way. The proof is in the pudding. One viewing and sold. Highly recommend. Since leaving this review, I have subsequently used Webbs to find a tenant for a property. My experience mirrors that of the sales team. Excellent service by all of the letting team and a big shout out to Sophie Adam’s who has been superb. The service provided to the tenant and myself has been exemplary. I highly recommend Webbs for both letting and sales. Great work Webbs and a big thank you.

I have been impressed by the service offered both in the sale of our house (under offer so not complete) and potential purchase of our next home that we have had our offer accepted that is also for sale with Webbs but a different office. I recently became a landlord, not by choice. The process was completely confusing to me. I had no idea where to start, I made the decision to let my property through an Estate Agent. My first choice was a complete disaster, after seemingly jumping through hoops, I was told after several months that they would not take on my already tenanted property. No explanations given. I called and emailed asking for advice as to what was needed to let the property, but calls/emails were not returned. I finally managed to obtain the reasons and decided to try another Agent. I called Webbs Estates Agents, Sophie Adams promptly responded to my request for more information. I explained my difficulties. This lady actually apologised for the poor service of a different Agent! She explained clearly and precisely what was involved, what my options were, what information was required and what costs were involved. She took the time to walk me through everything step by step which must have seemed like trying to teach a 5 year old quantum physics. I asked her to take on my property on a fully managed basis, within a matter of weeks everything was sorted. Yesterday I signed the final papers and can say how very much I appreciate her knowledge and experience not only towards me, but to my tenants too. Every obstacle put up by the first Agent, Sophie handled with incredible positivity and very little fuss. I cannot recommend her enough, she made a very difficult time so much easier for me. If you need honesty, efficiency, promptness and a willing attitude, this is the lady you are looking for. Thank you once more Sophie.
