Very happy with the service we received! More than happy to take calls/call back even if it was everyday. Very helpful to help get responses. Excellent Service. If it wasn't for Charlotte managing both the seller's solicitor and my conveyancer I would have lost my mortgage offer (it was near the 6 month expiry date when the sale completed). We used webbs Estate Agents to sell our house. They did a great job for us from Start to finish. From the photos of the house which were very good then putting it on the internet. Then sending us text every time we had a viewing. Then when we found a buyer they kept us fully updated every step of the way until finally the completion day.
