Dealing with both Matthew and Chloe has always been extremely easy and friendly. They add a 'human' touch in that they are fair and reasonable, something which I have found lacking with some previous agencies I have let from. In a good sense we rarely have to call on them, which is testament to the condition and maintaince of the property; on the rare occasion something does go wrong they're always prompt in getting it sorted. We currently looking to renew our tenancy with them again.

As a group of four we have been tenants at a property with Northwood for over two years, with Mathew as our agent at present. Any problems arising with the property have been dealt with promptly after notifying Mathew and Northwood, and a substitution of one of the tenants was dealt with in a smooth fashion. We would not hesitate in initiating a tenancy with Matthew and his team again in the future.

He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all the questions me and my wife had. When my daughter flushed our keys down the toilet he arranged for more to be cut and delivered to our house the same day. Couldn't ask for better.

Great Service

Having not rented for over ten years, I was apprehensive about the whole process, but Northwood made it all very easy and enjoyable! I dealt with Reece and Mat in the Mill Road office and found them both polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and approachable. I had a few issues when I moved in and they were sorted straight away and without complaint. They always kept me in the loop with regards to any maintenance visits, inspections or viewings, whilst also making me laugh. What more can you ask for?! Would highly recommend.
