Any time I'd call, he'd either be there to respond or get back to me. Very grateful I found my new apartment and he was there to assist. Upon moving in, any issues I experienced were resolved quickly and professionally by Amelia. She's been great, friendly and efficient. I couldn't have felt more comfortable in my new home without her kind and helpful responses and actions. Price wise, cheaper admin fees than most companies in Cambridge and all fees have been explained thoroughly. No hidden costs (that I've experienced anyway). Very grateful to have found them.

Great service! Martin & co helped me find my current tenancy; they were professional and helpful throughout. When I was searching for a property to rent they were happy to discuss my requirements with me and made a number of helpful suggestions based on what they heard. As property managers they have also been prompt and helpful on top of this. I am very happy with their service so far, and am glad to have found them when I did!
