We received excellent service from Federica at Martin & Co in Cambridge, right from her initial response to our request for a house to a let, through to the preparation of contracts and arrangements for access to the property. She understood our needs and the time pressures that we were under, yet also exerted no pressure during times of uncertainty that invariably arise during property transactions and moves.
