Martin & Co is in a totally different league from the previous two lettings agencies I have used. When I was looking for a new agency, Matt stood out as he was so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He made sure that the transition from the previous lettings agency, with whom I had had many problems, went smoothly. My property manager of the past couple of years, Shavonne Harris, is fantastic, acting upon emails immediately and even going out of her way (literally) to help. She clearly has a good relationship both with the contractors and my tenants, which gives me peace of mind that my property is being well looked after.

Eleanor P was fantastic all throughout the process of finding and securing my new rental. From my initial enquiry her responses have been quick and friendly. I specifically had a personal worry about my referencing being approved; she gave reassuring and helpful advice.
