Brilliant letting agency to go through. I have been renting off them for the last year in Lintiom Cambridge and have just moved into another one of their properties in Cambridge. Letting negotiator David Symonds has been absolutely amazing with me. He helped me find a new place on very short noticed and was very patience with me and worked around my difficult working hours. David is so kind and really wants to help you in whatever it may be. David is definitely one of the main reason I have decided to continue renting off belvoir as he makes it very clear this is a company that cares about its tenants. I have never had any problems throughout my renting with the team 10/10 rating for sure. Both properties were in very good condition when moving in and any problems that occurred with the house was seen to immediately.
