My experience of Martin & Co comes principally from interaction with Liam Tappin. I was impressed by Liam's courteous, professional and non-pushy attitude. He provided accurate information about the property I was inspecting, and, as the landlord was present, allowed conversation between landlord and prospective tenant to proceed, without any attempt to dominate. It was these characteristics, and the quality of the property which led me to make the decision to proceed at the first meeting. I was completely satisfied with the visit, and followed up the same day. Subsequent processing was comprehensive and everything was concluded without issue. Very satisfied with the experience.
