I was looking through reviews trying to figure out the best way to put into words my experience. Cliche but I can’t. Simply outstanding. I have dealt with Louis Mundy and looking at the most previous review from Ovidiu Tugui. I can not agree more. I had received a letter from Louis where admittedly I was very hesitant at the first. He had noticed I had a property advertised with another agent. My house was empty and had been on market for other a month with very little interest. From his letter he had explained how he was very surprised my house was still available. Estate agents do not have the best reputation and I was not convinced Louis had the tenant for my property. I had thought this was a sales technique however after another week with no interest I decided to give Louis a call. This was the best decision I made and I should of had called him from the very beginning. He was smart, knowledgeable, discussed the market, also gave me a few tips of better ways to advertise my property. I still do not know why my previous agent did not give me the service that Louis had. I went from little interest to giving Louis a chance where he produced 6 viewings in 4 days and found me the most super tenant. I can not be more pleased. Thank you again so much and I will definitely be recommending Louis and Martin & Co to my friends/ family.

Martin’s and Co Camberley and more specifically Giles and Lauren are the reason I retained my buy-to-let property. I’ve been involved in delivering service for two decades, so can be very critical when it comes the standard of customer service offered by most companies. The service I have received from them has been exceptional. I have relied on them, as have my tenants. They have been everything you would hope for and more. Going above and beyond what you would expect and what could be deemed reasonable. Looking after tenants and landlords is a complex and challenging role to fill, more now then ever. But can honestly say that Martin’s an Co Camberley do a fantastic job in both respect. Highly recommend whether you are a Tennant or a Landlord.

I have recently let out my property with M&CO. Lauren handled all our queries professional and swiftly and was on hand to answer all our queries, no matter how big or small. Liam conducted all of our viewings and we were highly impressed with his professionalism and communication, keeping us updated with how each viewing when as soon as they were finished. As first time landlords I am very happy that we decided to use this estate agents and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or let.

Absolutely top dogs in what they do. I own a property in Camberly and need a well run letting agency that are on the ball, as I live a fair distance away. I trust them implicitly with my property, they find excellent tenants and deal with any issues swiftly and professionally. I would like to particularly name Lauren and Giles as superb, and very experienced staff, the type of experience I have not had the pleasure of coming across in other letting agents in the area. Should I wish to sell, there is no doubt in my mind these guys will handle the job for me. Keep up the fantastic work guys. My experience of Martin & Co comes principally from interaction with Liam Tappin. I was impressed by Liam's courteous, professional and non-pushy attitude. He provided accurate information about the property I was inspecting, and, as the landlord was present, allowed conversation between landlord and prospective tenant to proceed, without any attempt to dominate. It was these characteristics, and the quality of the property which led me to make the decision to proceed at the first meeting. I was completely satisfied with the visit, and followed up the same day. Subsequent processing was comprehensive and everything was concluded without issue. Very satisfied with the experience.

I can’t thank Ben Luckett from Martin and co enough for helping me with my apartment. It’s hard enough moving without a pandemic so moving through the middle of one has been challenging but Ben has made it go very smoothly.
