I was looking through reviews trying to figure out the best way to put into words my experience. Cliche but I can’t. Simply outstanding. I have dealt with Louis Mundy and looking at the most previous review from Ovidiu Tugui. I can not agree more. I had received a letter from Louis where admittedly I was very hesitant at the first. He had noticed I had a property advertised with another agent. My house was empty and had been on market for other a month with very little interest. From his letter he had explained how he was very surprised my house was still available. Estate agents do not have the best reputation and I was not convinced Louis had the tenant for my property. I had thought this was a sales technique however after another week with no interest I decided to give Louis a call. This was the best decision I made and I should of had called him from the very beginning. He was smart, knowledgeable, discussed the market, also gave me a few tips of better ways to advertise my property. I still do not know why my previous agent did not give me the service that Louis had. I went from little interest to giving Louis a chance where he produced 6 viewings in 4 days and found me the most super tenant. I can not be more pleased. Absolutely top dogs in what they do. I own a property in Camberly and need a well run letting agency that are on the ball, as I live a fair distance away. I trust them implicitly with my property, they find excellent tenants and deal with any issues swiftly and professionally.
