When I set out to relocate back in November 2018 I already knew of the tedious task I had ahead. A million and one phone calls from estate agents whilst at work, questions and answers to a new estate agent every single time I enquired on a property. Fishing me into viewing everything and anything, even when told I was not interested.. Although I knew I had to relocate, I avoided pretty much all contact and gave up in the end with estate agents as no one ever got back to me with properties that suited my needs, which was vital. However, with a very patient, professional and empathetic Raymond Veljkovic I finally found a property I was looking for (and an estate agent I was happy to do business with). Raymond viewed a property with me back in January initially and probably gathered I had needs/wants back then. He kept in touch but not in a way where I felt bothered and hounded by his calls, emails (as I had been previously by others). Only ever with good properties and helpful advice. Ray also took matters into his own hands when my situation and budget changed and suggested alternative methods of deposit schemes and without this advice, I would still be unhappy living in a property which was no longer suitable for me. I would like to commend Ray for his fantastic customer service and professionalism from start to finish. Something so stressful for me personally has been made very easy and smooth sailing straight through. Having worked in a sales environment for just under 3 years, I am aware of how people are often quick to complain but not quick enough to applaud excellent service. Ray Veljkovic is a credit to Martin Co and Camberely and I will be recommending the business, Ray in particular to my work colleagues and friends around me.
