I have had a very positive experience with Martin & Co Camberley. From the initial viewing to moving in, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Special thanks to Louis Mundy for being extremely kind and supportive throughout the viewing and paperwork process and to Chantal Regan and Diane Peacock for their quick, professional responses in resolving issues with the oven and kitchen sink, both were dealt with efficiency by arranging the right professionals to fix the problems on time. The only area of difficulty was with Martin & Co’s partner company Vouch, whose guarantor process felt unnecessarily complicated and caused some personal stress. I hope Martin & Co can work with them to streamline the process for future tenants by ensuring that they contact the Guarantor 'just once' in the overall reference process. That said, I am extremely happy with Martin & Co’s service and responsiveness. I’ve now been in this property for nearly 3 months and have rented through Martin & Co across cities for about 20 months, always with good experiences. Thank you to the team for making the letting process as smooth as possible!
