Letting Review
Luff Associates have recently let my property and I have been delighted with their professionalism, assistance and expertise. They are a very friendly, helpful and hardworking Agency and I would highly recommend them to both Landlords and Tenants.

Not very happy
Everything was fine until i moved in apart from extortionate prices. I Found my new flat to be dirty when i was told it was professionally cleaned. I have been told to get it cleaned to a professional standars when i leave but i wont. The agency didnt even come and have a look. There is also no gas certificate fire alarms are not installed and i wasnt shown how to use things in the house. I rate this experience at a 2 and even that is pushing it.
