My partner has been dealing with Teresa reference a couple of issues with a neighbours property which is fully managed by Belvoir on the landlords behalf. One of the issues was reported in November which has caused damp in our garage and there has been no progress or responses received despite being chased on more than one occasion. Being a landlord myself I can only say I'm less than impressed with how this has been handled if its a reflection on how other issues are also managed. I wouldn't recommend Belvoir to anyone I know and I wouldn't use them for any of my own properties.
Awful service from a frankly rude set of staff. Firstly, when we moved in the toilet seat that was fitted was too small and therefore hanging into the middle of the toilet, when the landlords friend came round to check the property, she even asked why the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. The toilet seat, naturally, snapped after a few days and we emailed 5 times in order to get this problem resolved, but were ignored each time. They then charged us £60 for this after we vacated the property!? Secondly, we were also charged £60 for a hook that has fallen out of the wall and the incompetent person who put it up drilled the holes way too big and did use any plugs!? what do you expect? And still we were charged. After paying £260 with Belvoir to get the flat cleaned in order to meet the check out requirements, they then charged us £120 mysteriously for rubbish left in the flat and then would not tell us what the rubbish was and was extremely patronising on the telephone as if they were laughing at us. They are useless as a letting agent. The staff are rude and incompetent and literally only care about cutting costs and taking you for as much as they can get! Please do not use this letting agent!! Reviews speak volumes and each negative one is saying the same as me. AVOID
Had seen the property is question previously on with the Camberley branch, but it was sadly out of our price range. It was reduced in price and we called a matter of hours after this adjustment in price went live on their website. My partner and I were informed that we were the first to show interest since the price had been reduced and as such would be given priority in viewing etc. We were offered an appointment at 5pm the following day and told that this was the absolute earliest possible and that we were the first to view since the price reduction and that the next viewing would not be for another hour so we had time to consider the property and place a holding fee if we wanted it. We arrived slightly early and got out of the car to have a look around the general area. Shortly after 5pm we were, without any introductions, told by an agent to wait in the car as they had to show another interested party around first. When they came out we were then told we had to wait again as another interested party was due to view. Eventually we were allowed in to see the property, only to find the house almost full of people. It appeared that it was more like an open house than us being given priority. We knew at first sight that we would like the property so called to pay the holding deposit over the phone and were informed they had actually received it several hours before our viewing appointment. No apologies were offered, even after we explained we had taken time off work to attend this viewing. We were lied to about everything by several members of staff and offered no appologies when the agents dealing with us and the property were caught out. We have since let a property with another agent in Camberley, who have been extremely helpful and curteous. We would not recommend this agent to anyone.

Belviour in Camberley - appalling. The ladies are much easier to deal with than the men. They were prompt, polite & very helpful. The office manager is rude, unhelpful & not customer focussed. My issues were dealt with as if I was an inconvenience. His attitude to my issues raised were dismissed and I was left feeling inadequate and unsupported. His comments were flipent, unnecessary & totally insulting - his lack of customer needs & understanding is unacceptable. Steer clear from this office!
