BEWARE. This agent is not honest. My wife was told that if she gave cash to Leah then offer will be accepted. We refuse to do this as not ok. Will be reporting.

We rented a property that Belvoir managed and they told us they were going to up our rent by 33%. Without doing research and talking to citizens advice on our end we wouldn't have known this did not have to be accepted despite how they worded the email insinuating it was a done thing.

Would give them no stars if I could. Poor customer service, rude sales manager with underhanded tactics to drive up sale price. The kind of agents you want to stay away from.

Extremely disappointing. My tenants moved out because the flat was in such a poor state of repair they were concerned for the health of their child but Belvoir had not passed any of these issues on to me. I would have been happy to have them fixed but for some reason they didn't agree. I have changed agency and will not use them again.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Mr Isaacson, I am aware that your property was managed by a previous franchisee of Belvoir Camberley and the issue you had with the service was in around 2018. Just prior to you changing agent you raised this with the new owner, who had been unaware of the issues previously. We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the previous owner, but would also assure you that this is not something that would happen with our current team. We would always work with Landlords to arrange any works needed as soon as possible, and we do regularly speak to landlords on any maintenance raised. We have in the last few years also implemented an online reporting system for all tenants to report any issues and submit photos 24 hours a day. This system allows us to ensure that an accurate record is held and can be referenced. The log of all these reports is stored and kept for 5 years. This way a full clear report can be provided to landlords with all evidence and recommendations for any works required. I'm sorry and disappointed that you felt you needed to post a negative review after such a long time, especially after the team have worked hard on all the measures that we have put in place over the past few years.

If I could give Belvoir Camberley no stars I would. Absolutely terrible service from the "franchise owner" very rude and stuck up. I made an offer on a rented property and heard nothing back yet again. With a young family to house within a month she never bothered to get back to me. Twice. Yet the house is still available to rent to this day. Or not even to let me know the property had been taken. I will never be coming to Belvoir Camberley again and I will let people know.

Really unpleasant experience with Belvoir Camberley this week. Contacted them to enquire about a property to let and found the staff member I spoke to extremely rude and uninterested. Having now read previous reviews it looks like a lot could be learnt about effective customer service. It's horrible to be spoken to in such a way when you are simply looking for a new home. Avoid - there are far better agents in Camberley.
