I would highly recommend Williams & Goodwin to anyone thinking of selling their property. Sarah and Elin were extremely helpful, professional and friendly.and kept in regular contact.. Originally I had been thinking of using an online agent to sell my home but I doubt very much that I would have received the personal service that I received. I would most definitely use Williams & Goodwin in the future.

Overall service provided by the Caernarfon Office

We recently purchased a property that was on the market with the property agent , Williams and Goodwin. The level of service and assistance provided by Elin Bearman and her colleague Sarah who are both based at the Caernarfon Office was excellent from start to finish. All arrangements to visit the property were dealt with in an excellent manner, all queries and calls were responded to very efficiently and they both,in my opinion, did their utmost to assist and ensure matters went through as quickly as possible. As with any house purchase the process can be quite stressful, but Elin and Sarah's actions alleviated that part as they interacted with both the sellers and buyers solicitors throughout and provided daily updates so that we were clear on the position at all stages throughout the process. What a difference in the overall approach from the others. Phill did the survey on our property and may I say in the most professional way. We agreed on a price to market at and all went so smoothly.
