I'm a little late in making this review as Dan sold our flat many months ago. He was fab, in fact he sold it twice as the first chain broke down. I had reservations about going with a smaller outfit than a larger estate agent but we got the same service and saved on fees. Thank you very much Dan.

Ewe Move, and more specifically Dan Jones, were great to work with for the recent sale of our property. Dan kept us informed of everything going on at all stages of the process, guided us through each step and kept everyone on track to have the process completed as quickly as possible. He made it clear that he wasn't just interested in making the sale, but that we were comfortable with how everything was progressing and on multiple occasions chased the right people when things appeared to be getting delayed. All in all a terrific experience! We will definitely work with Dan again when we look to buy or sell in the future.

This is because the lettings side of Ewemove Cheltenham is a classic reactive, bare-minimum letting service who suppress the problems of their tenants like dirty, unloved children that get hidden in the basement when their home-seller/buyer friends come round. - Ewemove Cheltenham won't undertake preventative measures, then get pissed when a serious issue occurs. As a landlord, take this as a warning for the long-term condition of your property, and the money you will be spending due to this short-sighted methodology. As a tenant, you need to keep a timeline of this behaviour from the start to protect yourself from any breaches of your renting rights. - Ewemove Cheltenham won't repaint despite being a loyal, low-maintenance tenant for many years, but also won't let you repaint yourself. - The branch director gets pissed when you call their work mobile, yet has made their work mobile number available to tenants. And the one positive - some of the office staff are very polite.

To any one wishing to let through this company I would really consider thinking twice as when we first moved in all seemed ok but then things started to full apart and that’s when it all became no boiler for at least two months Electrics getting wet to to a roof leak which was left months and we lost belongs and mr Jones literally said to me well you don’t need that room , even no we pay for it. Then the extractor fans never worked so then the water started coming through then and been months sorting that out been a fight after a fight. The fire brigade has to turn of lights etc and fuse box to stop and issue as the kitchen one did smoulder have proff and reports..
