Belvoir are a very efficient company. I have used them for many years and always been very satisfied with their service and the speed that they have let my property. They are always there with any queries that some landlords have from time to time.

Belvoir have let a property for me for the past 8 or 9 years and I have been very happy with the service provided from advertising the property when vacant, arranging the vetting of tenants and managing all aspects of letting the property including maintenance and problem solving for a reasonable monthly fee. Having decided to sell the property I appointed Belvoir as the estate agent and again they provided an excellent service from start to finish by producing a great advert, quickly finding a buyer and answering all sale enquiries with both sets of solicitors promptly. I would highly recommend using Belvoir for either letting or selling a property.
