I had a great experience buying my property in BSE with excellent support from Charlotte and Justine. They were always quick to answer my queries, and when the conveyancing process started to stall they would chase up queries between parties and get things moving again. It was a relief to know they were on hand and able to get things done, and I appreciated their support.

As landlords we have been looked after for many years by the lettings team who are excellent in every aspect. However, we decided to sell a property through Martin & Co for the first time this summer and exchanged contracts (at the price we wanted) yesterday. We have been delighted with the service and advice we received, and once we found a buyer and accepted their offer, Charlotte and Justine have been diligent in keeping on top of progress to ensure a timely completion and kept us fully informed at all times. After sitting on the market for 3 months with a different estate agent in BSE, I made the decision to move to Martin & Co, a decision I wish I’d have made 3 months sooner. Justine came out to value my property, she was very friendly, easy to talk to, direct but most importantly very knowledgeable and up to date with the property market in BSE. After less than a week on the market I accepted an offer above the asking price. The communication throughout from Justine and Charlotte was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for anymore. I can’t recommend them enough and will certainly be using them in the future, a class above the rest.

The most important aspects when working with a letting agent is their ability to effectively communicate with the landlord and to match the correct tenant with your house.
