It was a pleasure to deal with Mark Ewin and his faultless team, they were always on top of everything and kept all parties informed. They also took a keen interest in the Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Company and Solicitors and chased and followed through information, and added input/direction if required. Excellent Service and when we come to move ( in a lot of years to come) we will have no hesitation in using Mark Ewin Estate Agents. We registered our interest with various Estate Agents in Bury St. Edmunds, and frankly a lot of you need to take a long hard look in the mirror, didn't return calls, arrange viewings when requested and one yes you (Edward) were blatantly rude.

After a series of disappointments with others, I was dubious when Kym and Mark assured me they could not only sell my house and find me the accommodation I required, but would be able to do so within the limits I needed, without giving me any worry or false hope. Indeed the Agency was helpful and professional throughout the whole transaction.
