Turned up at a viewing and was greeted by Matt/Matthew, who was incredibly friendly and very quickly put me at easy. To be honest I find the whole process of house viewings very awkward but Matt was personable and answered all our questions and even through the house wasn’t for us, we will definitely be looking forward to more viewings and hopefully finding the one for us. Superb customer service, meaning that emails are answered speedily, all questions are answered and dealt with, all communication is professional yet personal and they convey a real feeling of actually caring about their customers. Turned up at a viewing to be met by the wonderful Matt, who was personable and friendly and put as at ease from the off. I find the whole business a little bit awkward but Matt was patient and professional throughout - of all the many dealings I've had with estate agents and lettings agents in the past few months this was undoubtedly the best. Although ultimately we decided that the property he showed us wasn't quite right for us I have no hesitation in awarding Matt and the Belvoir team 5 stars.

Matt has kept us informed of any properties he has coming to market and helped us with our search. When showing us round he is very knowledgeable about each property and able to answer any questions we have. When I sell my property I will be calling Matt and his team.
