Iv used Nicholas Humphrey for many years now. And the staff are so helpful. I normally deal with Mike. Mike is so efficient regrarding my tenants issues. I don't have to worry about anything. It such a peace of mind knowing Mike is taking care of all the issues. I don't have to chase up anything, and that is a big help. Mike is always ahead thinking of resolutions to any problems I raise. Lovely people, they are very professional and very prompt. I can’t remember last time I have been receiving an instant reply on my emails when I was contacting other agencies in the past. They helped us a lot throughout the moving in process while they kept us updated with all the time with the progress.

Very happy with Nicolas Humprey. I am renting, and when I have had any questions or problems I have received good attention, especially from Deborah, she has always answered me quickly and solved the problem. Communication with her is very easy. It’s an excellent real estate company, do not hesitate if you have to buy, sell or rent a property.

My mother in law was a tenant with NH estate agents and is partially deaf and finds some interactions (particularly phone calls) very stressful. Over the course of her lease she has had several interactions with Alison who has gone over and above to provide excellent customer service and assistance. Alison delt with all queries super efficiently but at the same time made sure my mother in law fully understood what was happening and felt completely comfortable.
