Burnham office provided an accurate valuation with a clear indication of the advantages and disadvantages the property offered to buyers. Within a short period of time a number of potential buyers were found and after a few eventful viewings an offer was made and the asking price achieved. The office were also helpful in sourcing an efficient solicitor, removal services plus signing off identification documents which eliminated the need to find and pay a solicitor to carry out this task, very useful. Communications provided the support needed to complete the sale and completion was achieved just under 3 months which considering some of the difficulties encountered was a good achievement. Wendy Taylor delivered what I can only describe a wonderful customer centric experience. - Delivered all her promises on time. - Prompted me when to get money and forms in - in order to avoid delays. - chased all the answers I wanted and responded soon after asking questions. More people like Wendy will make renting more pleasurable.
Wendy is a real asset to the letting business at Burnham, she was very good with us and our tenant during our interaction with them as a landlord. But our experience of the rest of the letting team is disappointing. You need to chase, chase and chase to get anywhere. Emails not replied to, phone messages never returned; their attention to detail is really lacking. The experience has put us off letting the property in the future.
Frosts had our family house on the market for four months and managed only five viewings. They never made any proactive calls to update me and often failed to return calls. I have now changed to another agent. I would not bother using them again.

Very poor management specially mark jone
The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
