Having recently purchased a property in Amersham through The Frost Partnership, I am significantly indebted to Andrew Holdsworth, their agent acting on behalf of our vendor. It seems axiomatic to state that he was professional for, in my opinion, he went beyond the usual requirement for one in his role. At all times Andrew was diligent, knowledgeable, flexible, compassionate and innovative in what proved to be a purchase that could very easily have succumbed to the vagaries unique to our particular circumstances. Whilst we were not his clients directly he provided significant guidance and dealt with unforeseen complexities with grace and good humour. There is no doubt whatsoever that we would not have succeeded in the timescale necessary - and therefore perhaps even at all - had it not been for Andrew's committed endeavours on our behalf and moreover, no doubt, on behalf of his clients - even checking-in whilst on leave to provide insight to his colleagues who superbly perpetuated his vital input in his absence. Wendy is very experienced and knowledgeable, experienced and most of all honest. When arranging a letting other agents would promise the earth but then none of it would actually be reflected in the service. Wendy tells you straight, what can and can't be done, what is permissible within the rules and what isn't. Personally I prefer this approach because no point feeling disappointed afterwards. The other good thing is she gets to know each of her customers personally and what is important to them.
