Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Wendy who handled my tenancy, nothing was too much trouble and as time was tight for me, she managed to get me into the property in under a week, Thank you Wendy! The Frost partnership use a Vetting agency called Keysafe, as I required a Guarantor, It did make the process a little more difficult. However, it is positive that they try to protect both Tenant and Landlord before the agreement is made. Thanks again Wendy, everything is great!!!!

We recently sold our house (Morten Wood) in Amersham with Frost. I was impressed at the start of the process with the speed in which the details of the house were ready to go to market. However when the viewings started it was a bit harder than I had expected to get feedback on how the viewings had gone. Most of the time we had to do the chasing for that. Having said that, once the house was sold and our chain was in place, I honestly believe the only thing that held it together was Andrew Holdsworth at Frost. He did a superb job of finding information from all parties in the chain way before any other agent had. His local knowledge and relationship with clients and other agents around Amersham was second to none. He did a great job. I would use Frost in Amersham again.
