Friendly and professional service

We recently rented a property through the frost partnership. The staff were all very friendly and professional, especially Wendy Taylor who was dealing with us directly. She took the time to explain everything to us in detail which was particularly useful as first time renters, and ensured a quick and easy transition to our new property. We look forward to continuing this relationship throughout our tennancy and would not hesitate to use the frost partnership in the future.

There are not enough words to convey our thanks to Lee Henry, Alison Perchard and the team at Frosts Slough office. The friendly and personal service we received was beyond excellence and although we experienced a few bumps in the road the team pulled out all the stops to make sure our experience was very positive. We were kept informed every step of the way and we would have no hesitation using Frosts again. We also used their property letting department and again this was a first class experience and we were sorry we had not moved our property to them sooner.

Our thanks go to Ben Levi of the Chalfont branch for his professionalism, efficiency and high level of communication. We always knew where we stood in the process and he dealt with our questions with unfailing politeness. Thank you.

What a top lettings team at the Windsor branch! Lots of knowledge and professionalism. Quick at replying to queries, well organised, just a truly pleasant experience dealing with them. Very highly recommended should you need a property to be managed in the local area.

I had very precise criteria for the arrangement of viewings and communication of decisions which David ensured were kept to. Totally professional does not begin to describe just how impressed I have been. His appreciation of dealing with my mother, his knowledge of the area and process and it’s complications. Just a quick note to say a big thank you to Mark Jones, Branch Manager for Frost Burnham. He dealt with our transaction is an exceptional and timely manner. His customer and client care skills are the best I have seen from an estate agent. Mark always got back to me and always replied with an update. He was able to push the transaction along and was key to it completing on time. My family and myself really appreciate all his hard work, patience and responsiveness.
