I was lucky enough to recently have the pleasure of dealing with Wendy Turner at the Frost Partnership. From the very first viewing of the property, right though until the day I got the keys, Wendy was both attentive and accommodating. In fact she was able to push on the standard processes so that I was able to move in on the date I'd requested, which was only around a week later from advising that I wished to proceed with the rental. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.
