An absolute pleasure, and efficient too!

I was lucky enough to recently have the pleasure of dealing with Wendy Turner at the Frost Partnership. From the very first viewing of the property, right though until the day I got the keys, Wendy was both attentive and accommodating. In fact she was able to push on the standard processes so that I was able to move in on the date I'd requested, which was only around a week later from advising that I wished to proceed with the rental. She expertly ironed out a couple of bumps in the road along the way and I am entirely pleased and grateful for the service received. Many thanks, Wendy!

I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

We recently used Frost Partnership to sell our house and purchase our new home. We found them to be extremely professional and polite. They are knowledgable of the area and have good housing stock at realistic valuations. All the staff were helpful we were very happy with the way they performed our viewings. I would highly recommend their service if you are looking to buy or sell property in the area.

Friendly and professional service

We recently rented a property through the frost partnership. The staff were all very friendly and professional, especially Wendy Taylor who was dealing with us directly. She took the time to explain everything to us in detail which was particularly useful as first time renters, and ensured a quick and easy transition to our new property. We look forward to continuing this relationship throughout our tennancy and would not hesitate to use the frost partnership in the future.

There are not enough words to convey our thanks to Lee Henry, Alison Perchard and the team at Frosts Slough office. The friendly and personal service we received was beyond excellence and although we experienced a few bumps in the road the team pulled out all the stops to make sure our experience was very positive. We were kept informed every step of the way and we would have no hesitation using Frosts again. We also used their property letting department and again this was a first class experience and we were sorry we had not moved our property to them sooner.
