Professional and excellent service

I have rented other properties in the past but not dealt with such a professional organisation such as Frost or letting agent Wendy Taylor . From the moment I called to ask about viewing the property I was made to feel so welcome . Wendy worked around my availability and was very open and honest when I viewed the 3 apartments I was interested in . I have found in the past that letting agents don’t really value your opinion or care about your needs - they just seem to want to rent out the property regardless ! This was not the case with Wendy . She answered the questions about my concerns right away and what she needed to find out that she couldn’t answer at the time was dealt with very quickly and answered the next day . This is definitely the kind of service you would expect from such a professional organisation. I moved in around 2 weeks ago and with it being a new build had many questions and concerns - Wendy ensured to answer every e-mail within the hour and got fixed what needed doing promptly. As a customer / tenant I have been made to feel valued and not just a transaction . I feel comfortable to ask questions and really feel cared for by the Frost partnership and this is solely down to Wendy Taylor . Many thanks Wendy ... much appreciated .
