Having newly moved to the area I had no idea where would be safe and quiet, also this would be the first property that I was renting on my own, so I was quite stressed. As well as calling many places before Frost, I thought the search for a place to rent would be very difficult. However, thanks to Wendy Taylor, all that stress went away. Found a great property, was very professional, kind, friendly and really made me feel at ease. The process was very smooth and I am very grateful for all of her help!

We recently approached Wendy at Frosts Burnham to let out our flat. Start to finish she was impeccable, extremely professional and thorough. She found a Tenant for the flat within 2 weeks after we had struggled for over a month listing it ourselves on openrent. Can't fault frosts service - the fee is entirely worth it. Totally hands off experience, inventory and references all sorted, really pleased. Don't hesitate to use frosts burnham to rent out your place. Ask for Wendy, she's a credit to the organisation.

I have just completed on the sale of my property, David has been handling it and I have only good things to say, he has always been on the other end of the phone and quick to respond to queries, anyone who is selling a property I would highly recommend them but understand that selling a property in the current climate is a lengthy process so an element of patients is required, Wendy has Been letting the property for the past few years and I only have good things to say about her. We sold our house with the GX Frost branch earlier this year and were really happy with our experience throughout. Everything was done with our best interests in mind. The team, lead by Richard, were always available to talk and provide helpful advice. They are such a nice team too and went above and beyond. They completely surpassed our expectations and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
