And was greeted with an email at 9:02am on the Monday morning by the delightful Maddie, who was able to accommodate a viewing around my night shift pattern. She has been nothing but courteous and professional throughout our encounters, even replying to emails and queries outside of her working hours again to accommodate me and my shift.
