Words cannot express my gratitude to the whole team at CJ Hole, they really 'held my hand' all the way through the sale of my house. From the moment I met Edward Creswick I was very impressed and reassured with his professionalism, market knowledge, transparency and honesty. I had no doubt that my house would sell without any problems. Previously I had commissioned another estate agent and not only was I badly let down by their letting department but was told that I had to reduce the asking price by £50,000!! and/or consider selling it at an auction. So when CJ Hole sold my house at the asking price within four months I was elated to say the least!! A massive thank you to the whole team: Helen, Tom, Matthew and of course Edward, they totally excelled and even post sale they have continued to be extremely helpful. CJ Hole in Burnham negotiated the sale of my elderly Mother’s flat. I gather she chose them initially because of their good local reputation. She was particularly impressed when, following her query about the selling prices of similar properties in the area, Edward turned up with a print-out giving her the information she sought. She said how lovely it was that someone had listened to her and been so efficient in providing answers. Importantly, not only did they listen but they found a purchaser before the sales particulars had even been released! My own experience in dealing with CJ Hole on my Mother’s behalf reflects her comments. I have dealt mostly with Tom who has been invariably professional, polite and friendly and importantly (for me at least) has genuinely listened to my concerns and done his best to mitigate them. Especially noteworthy (again in my opinion) is the fact that when he promises to chase up or telephone with updates, he does just that! In summary - polite, efficient, effective and professional service. Excellent communication skills. Helpful, friendly staff. Flat sold. Happy customer!
