An excellent lettings agent. We have been renting with Tim Russ for more than 2 years now and would highly recommend them. All issues throughout the Tenancy so far are handled efficiently and professionally. I can't recommend Sue and Kathi enough, they have been polite, professional and incredibly responsive throughout and couldn't have been more helpful. We have always been massively impressed with how quickly they resolved any issues we brought to there attention, This has been the best agent/landlord experience I've had in UK.
