They persevered with the sale of our house with a record number of viewings over almost a year, that eventually paid off. Nice easy purchase, no dramas

Very happy to buy through Petty Son & Prestwich. Everything on their part ran efficiently and smoothly. Lovely staff that returned calls promptly and kept me advised of proceedings. The 'Sold' board was removed within 24 hours of my request. On completion I received a personal visit at my new house from Sasha with a lovely card and gift.

Excellent service

We recently used Pettys to rent out our house in Leytonstone and we couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. Unlike many other agents in the area who we found aggressive and pushy, Pettys were the opposite. They were very professional and made us feel very comfortable about renting out our home. They made the process as stress free for us as possible and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future for renting out or selling our house.

Due to a coincidence, I happened to meet a tenant, and I was very pleased to know that they were very happy as well with the service that this company provides. I have come across other agencies before, and OMG, YES! (:P) I stay here forever!! They are very professional without loosing their smile. No need for hard negotiations regarding prices and percentages, as from the beginning they offer a reasonable number. They seem very transparent with everything, keeping you updated without disturbing (as a landlord). I bought this property through them as well, and even though at that point they were not as transparent (obviously they cannot say what the other offers are), the experience was so good that I went straight to them when I had to rent it out. 100% advisable!
