I spent several weeks trying to find my perfect first home, and after countless of viewings that fell short of my standard I was a little frustrated. Jackie of Goodchilds took the time to ask and listen to my idea of home, and within a day or two she called me up to say a house has just come onto the market and it has ticked every boxes for me. After viewing the house, I can confirm it was the house I was looking for; I was so ecstatic! Both Jackie and Anisa have worked very hard to make this happen and I am forever grateful to them. Especially Anisa who sometimes worked till late in evenings reassuring that she will try her best to show the seller how keen and motivated I was in buying the house. As of today we have successfully exchanged the contract and the completion date is next week! Thank you Anisa and Jackie!

From start to finish Brownhills Goodchilds were professional and friendly. They knew that I had to move into a property ASAP and worked hastily to get me moved in. All the staff are down to earth and are willing to answer any queries big or small. The staff at Goodchilds were extremely efficient and helpful throughout a very complex moving process. At every stage, Jackie from the Brownhills branch, with whom I had the most contact, was communicative, professional and very proactive in bringing my purchase to a successful conclusion.
