I have recently viewed two properties with your representatives and both have been incredibly helpful and friendly. So much better than any other estate agents we have come across so far. Mrs. Spooner could not have been more helpful and informative, she did not rush us, she explained all about the property and how it could work for my family. She advised us and showed us around and was friendly and helpful and explained that if we needed any further information who we should contact, I would highly recommend this representative together with the other lady we met the other day but I do not know her name. We have just completed our purchase with Oulsnam Bromsgrove and moved into our new house. We tried two estate agents in Bromsgrove before finding Robert Oulsnam, and the difference was night and day. From the very start, we were impressed with their professionalism. The photos and Rightmove listing were excellent, and the number of viewings increased dramatically. They were always available to carry out viewings, even at short notice, which made the whole process much easier for us. When we received an offer and the chain began to slow down, Tim (the manager) was outstanding. He stepped in and was in daily contact keeping everything on track, keeping us informed, in regular contact with our buyers, the solicitors and other agents in the chain and got the sale over the line to completion. We have moved many times over the years, and Robert Oulsnam are by far the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend them.

These guys are by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Every time I spoke with them they were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Pete Styler was especially a huge help. They made a point of going above and beyond on my behalf and making sure that every decision I made was fully informed and right for me. Thanks to their service, my sale and purchase went through smoothly and successfully.

The office was warm and welcoming. Our initial meeting was with Tom, who was friendly, professional and very informative. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful throughout. Our sale, which was long and frustrating at times, was overseen by Peter, who dealt with everything professionally and smoothly; he supported us right to the end of the process. Very professional and friendly staff. We were selling my late mother’s house. Great photos and description online and in the brochure . After the first buyer pulled out we had to start again, but it all went quite smoothly overall and eventually sold.

Where do I start! 5 stars simply isn't enough for all the hard work that the team put into getting the sale of my Mum's house completed. The sale had complications from our side but the dedication of the team didn't wavier once. Peter was an absolute LEGEND, he communicated with us constantly, offering support, guidance and alternative routes to getting round what was a difficult sale.
