Moving house has been very stressful and a lengthy process, however, Tim has been fantastic from day one; from negotiating our offer to arranging the completion date. Tim goes above and beyond in his job, working outside of his hours and doing his best to chase answers to our questions. Nothing was too much trouble, even the daily emails from us. Tim kept us updated regularly.
