We finally got there!!

Martin from Andrew Grant came to value our cottage. He was extremely professional, straightforward and straight to the point. I knew we would be in good hands with him! He generated a fair bit of interest quite quickly and we accepted an offer. Unfortunately there were some problems with this couple and we were back to square one. Our next offer was the one and he was fantastic throughout this sale reassuring both parties. They say selling/buying your home is one of the most stressful things! Fantastic Service

I used Andrew Grant in Bromsgrove to sell my property in Longbridge. It was put on the market quickly and with an open day with 10 viewers, we secured the asking price in 5 days. It then proceeded smoothly to a quick completion 8 weeks later. We were kept up to date with progress and I found the staff very helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them.

Nothing was too much trouble

We had a most unusual property to sell and Jayne Bennett's advice in bringing it to market was invaluable. It went on the market in Jan-16 and a flurry of interest ensued, resulting in 2 offers, one risible and the other 'just' acceptable. We were having to wait for the buyer to sell before we could exchange contracts. After some time, we had a good discussion with Jayne and reduced our asking price. A new buyer emerged and, although the process was fraught with difficulty, completion eventually took place. I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah Fellows who unraveled a problem of the buyers' solicitor's making. Thanks for all your help.
