Very satisfied

I went to two agents and felt Bradshaw , Farnham and Lea understood the key selling points of my bungalow better then their rival and seemed to have more knowledge of the area , market and type of buyer. we were targeting. The house sold within 4 weeks at £10k more than the rival suggested we market the property for. The staff in the office are first class , very grounded and easy to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them , especially as I am £10k better off !!
