Within the last 2 years my Partner sold her Broadway house through Hayman Joyce (HJ) and together we bought a property, again via HJ, in the Childswickham area. There were no buying/selling issues with HJ, other than the usual vendor/purchaser too-ing & fro-ings, and throughout had nothing but professional, jargon free support and advice. Our principal contact was Phil Bates at the time but all the staff at the Broadway office were seamless in their support when Phil was out and about. Wind the clock forward 18/19 months and after a top to bottom refurb we asked HJ to revalue the property, with no expectation of acquiring any appointment to sell, and again no problems with Dan making a prompt visit.
