I had valuations from 3 companies, and Scott struck me from the start as having the right passion for the job. I knew that he was determined and wanted to sell my flat rather than just put it on the market. He has so much enthusiasm and passion that I just knew he would be able to do it for me. Scott helped me to get the photos sorted, and even helped me move furniture around. He had a vision in his head of how he wanted it to look. Tracey and Natalie then took over for the phone calls and updates through the selling process. They were amazing, regularly updating and reasurring me. I did most of this over the phone, but when I went into the Broadwater office I wish I went in sooner. It is such a friendly family like atmosphere, and we were chatting about the property for a little while. I thoroughly recommend Bacon and their amazing staff to anyone. Brilliant team in all their branches, nothing was ever a problem. Grant who was handling our sale was excellent and went out of his way to make sure it all went smoothly despite a few hiccups along the way. Myself and my Fiancé cannot recommend this team enough. We purchased a property through Scott at Bacon and Co Worthing at the start of June and it turned out to be a really complex transaction where a lot of communication between many parties was needed.
