House purchases are ALWAYS stressful but especially so when your mortgage offer is expiring, the solicitor you're using are incompetent and have sat on your file for 6 months and the seller is getting impatient and wanting to pull out of the process however... Lisa Cook from Miles and Barr has been by far THE most helpful person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the entire process and quite honestly without Lisa's patience, understanding and wealth of knowledge I may have genuinely lost the plot by now. We have been really impressed with Miles and Barr. The office team are professional, accommodating and efficient. We were shown a house by Alan Herman and had an excellent experience from start to finish; he was knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with.

I didn't originally want to go with Miles and Barr as i thought going for one and then secondly a different one of the smaller 'family' agents was better. I have to say ive done a complete 180, i found the 2 smaller ones were pushy sales people in the beginning and poor at feedback, I eventually decided to go with Charlotte in Broadstairs who turned out to be the least pushiest agent, no sales speak just a straight forward process who helped me find my dream home. Lisa the progressor is also a gem. When i sell again it will be back with Miles and Barr.
