Sometimes credit issues are not always your own fault..will only rent with guarantor earning huge amounts or 1 years rent up front. Told theres a slight chance of 6 month upfront

All companies use your credit history to assess the likelihood of you making future payments, how can what is on your credit file not be your fault? Would you review credit card companies and banks the same as us just because they wouldn’t lend you any money? As a responsible letting agent we have to make sure that tenants are likely to pay their rent to our landlords. We’re sorry that you don’t have a guarantor but we do not ask for ridiculous earnings, in line with other agents it’s 36 times the rent. There is always the opportunity to pay rent up front to help in these situations but we can’t recall us ever asking for a years rent up front. We’re sure that landlords reading your review will be pleased that we operate strict guidelines for selecting suitable tenants.

Had a few viewings with this outfit , never got back to me re..viewings,had apt to view one, which was cancelled..gud job i called to clarify.or wud have been stood outside waiting. Girl who showed me around was about 16? ..no, customer service skills..sorry..you did ask.

Hi Maxine, Sorry that you don't think we have given good customer service. We obviously must have got back to you re the viewings otherwise you wouldn't have had a viewing, our youngest trainee lettings consultant who showed you round is 18 but she has been with us over a year so has experience and we have confidence in her abilities or she wouldn't be doing the job. I can only presume you called us before we could contact you about having to cancel the appointment. Simon

Appalling communications through out the rental of my property. They also sanctioned work to go ahead on my house without my approval or permission, and had the audacity to invoice me. Rather than except their mistake they have refused to settle the bill with the contractor and are still chasing me. All landlords avoid !

Absolutely shocking, worst letting agent I have ever dealt with, quick enough to take your money but when you want your deposit back different story, while on the subject of deposit I’ll start there, £850 gave to them, after moving out after 6 months because of poor living conditions when it come to getting the deposit back they offered us £335 pound back, apparently where I missed I little touching up on the walls and they quote a 2cm patch they took out £100 for a painter and decorator to come around and ‘sort it out’ (I would of borrowed my sons paint by numbers paint brush and don’t it for free) apparently the carpets weren’t clean although they was a lot cleaner when we left compared to when we first moved in another £180 took out to do a ‘professional clean’ £70 took for blinds that never worked when we moved in but that’s are problem aswell.Got promised before moving in that the ‘damp patch’ on the stairs was getting sorted, 6 months on it got worse spread all to the bathroom up the stairs, the bathroom downstairs we couldn’t even use anymore cause of the smell and the green mound that was forming down there but I suppose they will get there painter and decorator to come to ‘touch up’ for £100.The boiler kept loosing pressure and not re lighting but again they knew there was a leak but ‘couldn’t find it’ or couldn’t be bothered to fix it sounds more apporiate, the amount of times I was up in the loft (cause that’s where the boiler was) bit weird I know, re pressuring it was unreal, nothing got done about that either which was really handy with a 1 year old in the house.Overall a poor company with only thoughts about money, would never use them again and I’ll make it my goal to tell everyone how poor you are.Thank you for taking half of my well earned money from the deposit hope you spend it wisely, like some customer care lessons at college
