CJ Hole did more than just bring Buyers who asked to view our property - they also did 'matchmaking' by suggesting to selected potentially suitable Buyers that they visit our property! CJ Hole's Sales Negotiators accompanied the visits very well and were very pleasant to to business with! One potential Buyer caused an unprecedented delay and had to be dropped but CJ Hole's Sales Negotiators promptly found another buyer! Then, the day before Exchange of Contracts, our Solicitor was closed down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and we had to find a replacement! Such unexpected and unusual problems could have stalled our sale but CJ Hole's Sales Progressors, particularly the Henleaze Offfice's Senior Sales Progressor, were most diligent and successful in their efforts to keep everything on track, to keep everyone happy and to minimise delay! We have now Exchanged Contracts and it is clear that we would not have Exchanged so soon without the efforts of CJ Hole's Sale Progressors!
