Their estimate was not achieved but they were professional and realistic and I wanted a quick sale. The buyer they found was honest and straight forward and we suffered no last minute offer reductions. The office staff were contactable and helpful. The delays we suffered were down to the conveyancing solicitor not the agent. From my experience I would recommend them.
