I’ve been looking for a flat for myself and i’m a first time renter. Minnie was my point of contact and I was very impressed with the level of communication and timeliness. When I viewed a flat yesterday, Minnie was very knowledgable on the flat and answered all of the questions I had. She has great knowledge on the local area and practicalies which was very beneficial to me for making a decision.
