I was dealing with Charlotte Roberts throughout buying our property, and its the best service we have received in an estate agent before, Charlotte was very thorough and it was a really difficult purchase which went on for around 16 months in from when we initially put an offer in. Each hurdle we came across Charlotte was very helpful and always did her upmost, she was required to be a lot more involved then most agents generally would to help close everything near the end Thank you for all your help its very much appreciated,

Amy, our agent, was absolutely amazing! So profesional and reassuring throughout the whole process. No question or task was too much trouble, and any queries or questions were answered in no time. We didn't have to lift a finger throughout the whole process and everything went so smoothly. We received regular updates and helpful time scales to help us plan around the move etc. A bonus for us personally was being able to do everything through the medium of Welsh, our first language. We can't thank Amy enough for all her help and would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to do so through Williams & Goodwin.

We both sold and purchased through Amy Williams. From the offest, Amy was professional, committed and an excellent communicator. The sale and purchase process was made a lot easier as a result of Amy’s dedication and thorough process.
