Neil Beglin has been an absolute lifesaver. He ensured a smooth change over between tenants in my property, ensuring all administrative requirements were professionally implemented. The reports covering the exit of one tenant and the introduction, referencing, property condition and inventory of the new tenant were extremely thorough and well presented. Officeless. They seem to me to operate from the local Pub. They do not have an office. That explains that, based on high background noise and the level of low common sense, when I spoke to them they seem to me that they operate directly from the local pub. Also explains the psychodrama of their unprofessional behaviour. My recommendation is to find yourself a estate agent with an office as this one seems to me to operate from the local pub. Nothing wrong I guess with running the business from the pub, it could be convenient for meals and drinks, I guess, but not for my personal professional standard. I guess it is another type of business, for another type of people. Not better or worse, just different.
Me and a flatmate have been renting a property from Ewemove in Hove since October 2020 and are in the process of moving out; we have been good tenants who have never been late with rent, never had any complaints from fellow tenants in the building, and we have always stayed in touch with Ewemove to report any maintenance that the property needed. Upon moving out we have received extremely condescending emails from our letting agent about the “cleanliness” of the flat and threats to take away our security deposit (which is over a months worth of rent) in order to have it “professionally cleaned”. Considering the state in which the flat was given to us (not professionally cleaned) I would highly recommend avoiding using Ewemove as a letting agent; we are currently experiencing a very hard move-out with a letting agent who will go to lengths to take as much money from us as possible without proper justification.
