We bought our new home through Starkings and Watson and they made it as smooth as a house move can possibly be. Everyone was very professional and caring, but an extra thank you goes to Sarah, who was fantastic and helped us with the process going far and beyond her role. Also, Tracey was very helpful when Sarah was on annual leave and unable to assist us.

Ana showed me a property in Acle, she was on time and had all the information to hand, and allowed me time to view the property without feeling rushed. An overall pleasant experience, followed up the next day with a telephone call.

A huge thank you to the whole team at the Brundall office managing the sale of our property. Anna, Tabby and James were fabulous at managing viewings and communicating with us once we began getting offers through to acceptance. From a sales progression perspective Sarah Short was incredible to finally get things over the line.
