From the initial evaluation of our property to viewings, tenant selection & vetting, Grace efficiently and quickly organised everything. Not having too many tradespeople to call upon, the team were also able to organise things like the EPC certificate, electrical safety certificate and gas safety check through their pool of preferred contractors, all of whom were very professional themselves. Great team at Webbers in Braunton. Selling a house is pretty stressful though Webbers took it all in their stride and worked as a team. We had a few buyers drop out of our house sale, though Webbers acted instantly and searched for the next buyer. Always easy to reach and very responsive, often after work hours and well into the evening. A very dedicated team. I would recommend them.
