Liam and Talia were both amazing throughout the process of selling our house from start to finish! Liam did a great job valuing our property, explaining the process and getting us listed. Very knowledgeable about property, provided us with reports and documents to consider our next options. Talia dealt with getting viewers of our property booked in, changing tact when things went a bit quiet after Christmas, and ultimately led to a relatively quick sale, moving to completion super quickly too, I expect partly due to her responsiveness between the solicitors and the buyers. Getting a hold of either Liam or Talia has been easy throughout the process, and they have always delivered on what has been asked and taken our thoughts into consideration right from valuation, listing and to now. Tristrams have been fantastic throughout my tenancy. Always giving me plenty of advance notice of any boiler checks / alarm checks etc. Staff all seem happy in their jobs and are super friendly. The monthly offers are an added bonus :)
