One thing that was extremely professional and satisfying for me is their inventory, as it showed everything I was worried about. They always reply to my e-mails and phone calls in real time and address my queries and concerns efficiently. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with tristrams and happy that I dealt with them during my most recent house move.

Tristrams manage my rental property. They recently found new tenants very quickly so I had no gap in rental income. Charlotte Sweeney and Katie Lines-Davies provide a very professional and efficient service and always return my emails very promptly. With very competitive monthly fees to manage and a very friendly efficient service I can highly recommend their service.

Chloe was really helpful and efficient with my request to get something fixed in the house not long after moving in, literally a few days and it was sorted with no stress! :) All of the girls at Tristrams are very helpful and have made everything nice and simple :)

I have been renting a property managed by Tristams for over half a year now and my experience with them has been fantastic. From the property viewing, sorting out the tenancy agreement, to day to day property & tenancy management. They are always quick to respond, follow through with calls when appropriate, always cheerful and go the extra mile. All of the staff at Tristams that i have interacted with have been wonderful, both Chloe Lindo and Katie Lines-Davies have been especially so.

I've only good things to say for this agency. We have been letting a property under their management for the past three years and I've been really pleased with the service provided. Whenever we had an issue in the property they were quick to fix the problem or at least provide a temporary solution until it could be solved. They far surpass all the other agencies we've been with in Nottingham. Nicola was the agent who we dealt with regularly and she was brilliant, quick to respond and help wherever she could.

I have just let a rental property using Tristram's find a tenant only service. James was fully conversant with local rental rates and took photographs and advertised the property the same day. A suitable tenant was selected out of a dozen or so applicants. Thanks to Charlotte and Lizzie for their efficiency in dealing with the referencing and inventory. I will definitely be using them again for my other properties.

My partner and I recently moved into a rental property. Tristrams were excellent from the second we emailed our interest through to the day we picked up the keys. All members of the team we spoke to were polite, friendly and happy to help. I'd particularly like to mention Lizzie, who put up with all our (quite annoying!) emails and questions, and went above and beyond to keep us up to date throughout the process, and to ease our worries.

We've rented with Tristrams for the last year and 3 months, and they have been really good. Always respons quickly and in a friendly manner. We've dealt mostly with Katie Davies, and she's always very nice, but the others that we've spoken to have also been very pleasant. Overall a very good lettings agency.
